Question 3

Is entry to Yokai Tales free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Entry to Yokai Tales at Sky Garden, Kuala Lumpur Tower is free walk-in for everyone — no ticket, pass, or QR code needed, and nothing is scanned at the entrance. If you have a TCGKL account, you are welcome to show your profile at the door.

Question 4

Accepted Answer

No. Entry to the venue is free walk-in for everyone, with nothing scanned at the entrance. Just bring your signing booking QR to the signing area when it is time for your session.

Question 5

Can I bring a friend or family member?

Accepted Answer

Yes — bring whoever you like. Entry is free walk-in for everyone, and friends or family do not need tickets, passes, or accounts to enter. If anyone in your group has a TCGKL account, they may show their profile at the door.

Question 6

How do I book a signing session at Yokai Tales?

Accepted Answer

On the Yokai Tales event page, pick a package and a time slot from the signing sessions section, add it to your cart, and check out. Your slot is held for 15 minutes while you complete payment, so no one else can grab it.

Question 7

What is the Signature package?

Accepted Answer

The Signature package is RM79 and includes one autograph from your chosen artist plus a set of official Yokai Tales promo cards and postcards. There's no per-person booking limit, so you can book more than one.

Question 8

What can the artist sign?

Accepted Answer

Each RM79 Signature package covers one (1) autograph on the organiser-provided official event promo card or exhibition postcard. Blank cards, shikishi, and large shikishi are for commission bundles only. All signatures and sketches must be non-Pokémon-related. See the session rules at tcgkl.com/legal/session-rules.

Question 9

Can I get two items signed by the same artist?

Accepted Answer

Each Signature package covers one autograph, so a second item from the same artist needs a second RM79 package for that artist, subject to availability.

Question 10

Can I choose the marker colour, signature language, or a dedication name?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At booking you pick your marker colour (Black, Silver, or Gold), signature language (English or Japanese), and an optional dedication name. These choices are recorded with your booking and printed on your signing slip at the event.

Question 11

What are the Standard and Premium commission bundles?

Accepted Answer

Fixed bundles with limited slots, covering Yuka Morii and Kouki Saitou only. Standard (RM1,299): one small sketch based on the 47 Yokai sculptures by Yuka Morii and one small sketch by Kouki Saitou, both on a small shikishi or event blank card, plus both artists' promo card/postcard sets. Premium (RM1,599): the same Yuka Morii small sketch, plus one small sketch by Kouki Saitou on a large shikishi, plus both artists' sets.

Question 12

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Online: FPX (Malaysian online banking) and credit or debit card via Stripe. On-site at the signing area: card terminal and eWallet. Yokai Tales is a cashless-preferred event — bring a card or have your eWallet ready.

Question 13

Are Yokai Tales bookings refundable?

Accepted Answer

Question 14

Can I reschedule my booking?

Accepted Answer

Rescheduling is possible subject to availability per the Booking Terms at tcgkl.com/legal/booking-terms, and only before your booking has been scanned at the event. Contact us on WhatsApp as early as you can and we'll help you find a new time.

Question 15

How long are slots held in my cart?

Accepted Answer

15 minutes. If you don't complete payment in time, the slot is released back to other fans. Head back to the event page to re-add it — it may still be available.
