Download PDFLast updated: March 2026
The following rules and guidelines apply to all Illustrator Sign & Sketch Sessions at Kokoro Card Fest 2026. These policies are designed to protect artists, respect intellectual property regulations, and maintain an efficient session flow for all participants.
1. Event & Session Access
- All attendees must hold a valid event ticket to enter the Kokoro Card Fest 2026 venue.
- Participation in any Illustrator Sign & Sketch Session requires a valid Illustrator Package ticket for the respective artist.
- Each ticket corresponds to one (1) service slot as specified in the purchased package.
- Attendees must present their ticket confirmation at the registration counter before joining the queue.
- Tickets are valid only for the designated artist and service purchased.
- Tickets are non-transferable once redeemed.
- Lost or misplaced tickets will not be replaced by the organiser.
2. Session Schedule & Queue Management
To ensure fairness and efficiency:
- Attendees must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled session time.
- Event staff will organise attendees into designated queues based on purchased packages.
Other Illustrators (except Match)
Estimated time per attendee (actual duration may vary at the artist’s discretion):
- Autograph: approximately 1 minute
- Head sketch: approximately 3–4 minutes
- Detailed sketch: approximately 5–7 minutes
- Small Shikishi sketch: approximately 15–20 minutes
Match’s Commissioned Artwork Duration
- Blank card: approximately 5–7 minutes
- Small Shikishi (121 × 136 mm): approximately 10–15 minutes
- Medium Shikishi (242 × 272 mm): approximately 20–30 minutes
- Large Shikishi (273 × 303 mm): approximately 45–60 minutes
Extended Session Note (Medium & Large Shikishi): Due to the longer session duration for Medium and Large Shikishi commissions, attendees are welcome to explore the event while the artist works on their piece. You may leave and return to the signing table at any time — simply show your QR code to staff again for re-entry verification.
Actual session duration may vary depending on artist discretion, complexity of the request, and overall queue flow. Event staff reserve the right to adjust queue flow when necessary to ensure all attendees are accommodated.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or loss of the session without refund.
3. One Item Per Ticket Policy
- Each ticket purchased entitles the attendee to one (1) item for autograph or sketch service, based on the package purchased.
- Requests for additional items beyond the purchased ticket will not be accepted during the session.
- Attendees wishing to obtain additional services must purchase additional eligible packages if available.
4. Approved Items for Signing or Sketching
The following items are generally allowed for signing or sketching, subject to artist approval:
- All organiser-provided items (e.g., event promo cards, blank cards, shikishi boards)

- Only items related to Katsuji Mori’s voiceover career will be accepted.
