Visit the membership page, enter your email, and verify with the one-time code we send. TCGKL membership is free for life — no password, no subscription.

I can't log in — what do I do?

TCGKL uses passwordless login: enter your email and we email a one-time code, so there's no password to forget. If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then request a new one on the membership page.

Is entry to KLAE 1.0 free?

Yes. Entry to KLAE 1.0 at C-Space, Central Market Kuala Lumpur is free for everyone — the exhibition is open daily 10am–10pm from 13–19 July 2026. Only Kurata So's signing and sketch sessions are paid, with bookable slots 15–19 July at 10am, 11am, 12pm, 3pm and 5pm daily — the gaps cover Kurata So's break, the 2pm to 3pm public live drawing (free to watch), and the 4pm on-site vendor signing hour.

Yes. Admission is free for everyone, so bring whoever you like. Each person who wants a session with Kurata So books and pays for their own slot.

Can I book at the venue instead of online?

Yes, remaining slots can be purchased at the KLAE 1.0 counter on the day, subject to availability. The venue is cashless-preferred — bring a card or eWallet. Booking online in advance is the only way to lock a specific time slot.

What if my preferred time slot is sold out online?

Accepted Answer

Check the counter at C-Space, Central Market Kuala Lumpur on the day for any released slots. Online slots are limited each day, so booking early is the safest way to secure your time with Kurata So.

How long does a session take?

Accepted Answer

Autograph sessions take a few minutes; sketch and shikishi sessions run longer depending on detail. Each slot shows its duration at booking — arrive 10 minutes early so the queue runs smoothly.

Is there a limit on sessions per person?

Yes, a per-person cap may apply so as many fans as possible get time with Kurata So. The exact limit is shown during booking in the signing sessions section above.

When is the live auction for Kurata So's artwork?

Accepted Answer

Artwork from Kurata So's daily 2pm to 3pm live drawings is auctioned in the TCGKL Auction House. The live auction opens on 18 July at 3pm and runs for 24 hours, with the final hour held live on stage on 19 July at 2pm. The schedule is tentative and subject to change.

What items will Kurata So autograph?

Kurata So signs official event promotional cards, official event blank cards, official event merchandise, artbooks, prints, and shikishi boards. Kurata So also signs TCG accessories such as deck boxes, sleeves, binders, playmats, and storage boxes — provided they contain no copyrighted characters or artwork from third-party franchises.

Can I get my Pokémon or other TCG cards autographed?

No. Kurata So does not sign any TCG cards from any franchise, including Pokémon, Digimon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball, Weiss Schwarz, and Magic: The Gathering. Kurata So also declines graded cards and graded slabs (PSA, BGS, CGC, and similar), plus any apparel, posters, or memorabilia featuring copyrighted IP she does not own.

What can I request for a sketch?

Sketch requests are limited to official event blank cards and organizer-approved shikishi boards, plus other non-copyrighted items approved by both the organizer and Kurata So. Subjects should be original characters, original concepts, or artist-approved subjects.

Are sketches of licensed franchise characters allowed?

Accepted Answer

No. Kurata So does not draw characters from Pokémon, Digimon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball, or any other licensed franchise or third-party IP, and declines any request that may infringe copyright, trademark, or licensing.

Can I bring original artwork by another artist to sign?

Accepted Answer

No. Kurata So does not sign original artwork by other artists — she feels every piece belongs to its creator. She'll gladly sign your official event cards, blank cards, shikishi boards, prints, artbooks, official merchandise, and TCG accessories free of third-party IP.

Who decides if my item or request is accepted?

Accepted Answer

All autograph and sketch requests remain subject to Ms. Kurata's final approval. The organizer and artist reserve the right to decline any item or request that is deemed inappropriate, commercially sensitive, or potentially conflicting with intellectual property, licensing, or contractual obligations. By participating in the autograph or sketch session, attendees acknowledge and agree to comply with the above guidelines.

What payment methods are accepted?

Online: FPX (Malaysian online banking) and credit or debit card via Stripe. At the venue: card terminal and eWallet — KLAE 1.0 is cashless-preferred.

When do I pay for my session?

Accepted Answer

In full, at the time you book online. KLAE 1.0 sessions have no presale, deposit, or 50/50 split — every package (Silver RM120, Gold RM450, Platinum RM730) is paid in full to lock your slot. Your order summary shows the total before you pay.

Is there a platform fee?

Accepted Answer

A small platform fee covers the booking system, slot reservation, and QR code generation. The exact amount appears in your order summary before payment — no surprises.

Are bookings refundable?

Accepted Answer

No. KLAE 1.0 session bookings are final and non-refundable. Review your time slot and session type carefully before paying. If a session is cancelled on our end, we contact affected attendees directly.

My payment failed but my slot disappeared — what now?

Accepted Answer

When payment fails, the slot hold expires and the slot returns to availability. Try booking again. If you were charged but didn't receive a confirmation, contact us on WhatsApp with your email and the last 4 digits of your card.
