Is entry to Hexcon Card World free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. General entry to Hexcon Card World is free for members and open to everyone from 12:00 PM–8:00 PM daily on 29–30 August 2026, just show your TCGKL profile (tcgkl.com/profile), and walk in. An optional paid VIP Pass is available in the entry tickets section on the event page if you want exclusive early access from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Question 5

Do I need a ticket to get in?

Accepted Answer

No. General admission to Hexcon Card World is free walk-in for TCGKL members from 12:00 PM–8:00 PM daily on 29–30 August 2026 — no ticket, reservation, or RSVP needed. A VIP Pass is only required if you want to enter during the exclusive 10:00 AM–12:00 PM early-access window.

Question 6

Can I bring friends and family?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hexcon Card World is free for TCGKL members during general hours (12:00 PM–8:00 PM) on 29–30 August 2026. Every attendee in your group, including children, needs their own free TCGKL account and should show their TCGKL profile (tcgkl.com/profile) at entry. Anyone joining you during the optional 10:00 AM–12:00 PM early-access window needs their own VIP Pass.

Question 7

Can children attend Hexcon Card World?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hexcon Card World is family-friendly, and children are welcome with a parent or guardian during free member general hours (12:00 PM–8:00 PM) on 29–30 August 2026. Each child needs their own free TCGKL account and should show their TCGKL profile (tcgkl.com/profile) at entry. During the optional 10:00 AM–12:00 PM early-access window, each child also needs their own VIP Pass.

Question 8

Are there artist signings, auctions, or card grading at Hexcon Card World?

Accepted Answer

No. Hexcon Card World is a card show focused on vendors and shopping — it does not run artist signing sessions, bundles, a live auction, a stamp rally, or on-site card grading. The only paid offering is the optional VIP Pass for early access.

Question 9

What is the VIP Pass and what does it unlock?

Accepted Answer

The optional VIP Pass unlocks exclusive early access to shop the first two hours (10:00 AM–12:00 PM) each day at Hexcon Card World, before free general admission for TCGKL members begins at 12:00 PM, so you can browse and buy from vendors ahead of general admission. It also covers the full general hours (12:00 PM–8:00 PM) — your pass is your entry for the whole day, both days.

Question 10

How much is the VIP Pass?

Accepted Answer

The optional VIP Pass is RM39.90 per person for the full 2-day event (29–30 August 2026). Platform charges are excluded from this base price and are added to your order summary at checkout. Each person who wants entry during the 10:00 AM–12:00 PM early-access window needs their own pass.

Question 11

Is the VIP Pass valid for both days?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The optional VIP Pass is a 2-day pass valid for both days of Hexcon Card World on 29–30 August 2026 — you can use the 10:00 AM–12:00 PM early-access window on Saturday, Sunday, or both. There is no single-day VIP Pass; RM39.90 covers the full two days, and you do not need to attend both to use it.

Question 12

How many VIP Passes are available?

Accepted Answer

The optional VIP Pass is limited to 500 passes across both days of Hexcon Card World. Once all 500 are sold out, no additional passes will be released.

Question 13

Can I buy a VIP Pass at the venue on event day?

Accepted Answer

We recommend buying the optional VIP Pass online in advance. VIP Passes are sold in the entry tickets section on the Hexcon Card World event page and are strictly capped at 500 for the whole event — once they sell out, no VIP lanyards remain, so book before you go rather than relying on availability at the door.

Question 14

How do I redeem my VIP lanyard on event day?

Accepted Answer

On your first visit, go to the on-site redemption counter and present the QR code from your TCGKL profile (tcgkl.com/profile) or your booking confirmation email. Staff scan your QR and issue your official VIP lanyard, which is your badge for both days — keep it and wear it each day you use your pass. Arrive a few minutes before 10:00 AM to redeem and shop the full early-access window.

Question 15

Can I buy the VIP Pass for a friend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but book the optional VIP Pass on the attendee's own TCGKL account (tcgkl.com/membership) so the redemption QR matches the person collecting the lanyard on event day. The VIP lanyard is issued by scanning the QR in the TCGKL profile (tcgkl.com/profile) or booking confirmation the pass was purchased under.

Question 16

Where can I buy the VIP Pass?

Accepted Answer

You can purchase the optional VIP Pass online in the entry tickets section on the Hexcon Card World event page. Log in with your free TCGKL account to complete your booking, then show your TCGKL profile (tcgkl.com/profile) at entry.

Question 17

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Online VIP Pass purchases are securely processed through Stripe, accepting FPX (Malaysian online banking) as well as major credit and debit cards.

Accepted Answer

Question 19

Accepted Answer

No. All Hexcon Card World VIP Pass bookings are final and non-refundable. Please review your order details carefully before completing payment.
