Question 1

How much are tickets for TCGKL Convention 2026, and is there an early-bird price?

Accepted Answer

Online, the TCGKL Convention 2026 1-Day Pass is RM29.90 and the 3-Day Pass (Early Bird) is RM54.90 until 3 November 2026, 11:59pm, after which the regular 3-Day Pass at RM69.90 replaces it automatically. At the gate there are two walk-in tiers: Student at RM19.90 with a valid student ID, and free Concession entry for kids 12 and below, pregnant women, OKU (persons with disabilities) and seniors 60 and above. Book online on the event page.

Question 2

When does the early-bird ticket price end?

Accepted Answer

The early-bird 3-Day Pass (RM54.90) for TCGKL Convention 2026 ends on 3 November 2026 at 11:59pm. After that the 3-Day Pass is RM69.90, on sale online on the event page until the event. The 1-Day Pass stays at RM29.90 throughout — there is no early-bird 1-Day Pass.

Question 3

Should I buy the 1-Day Pass or the 3-Day Pass?

Accepted Answer

Buy the 3-Day Pass if you might come on more than one day. Three 1-Day Passes for TCGKL Convention 2026 cost RM89.70. The early-bird 3-Day Pass (RM54.90, until 3 November 2026, 11:59pm) saves RM34.80 on that — RM18.30 a day — and the regular 3-Day Pass (RM69.90) saves RM19.80.

Question 4

Do I choose a date when I buy a 1-Day Pass?

Accepted Answer

No. The TCGKL Convention 2026 1-Day Pass admits you on any one day from 6 to 8 November 2026. The pass locks to the day it is first scanned at the entrance, so come on whichever day suits you.

Question 5

Do kids need a ticket for TCGKL Convention 2026?

Accepted Answer

No, not kids aged 12 and below. TCGKL Convention 2026 gives free entry at the gate, called Concession, to kids 12 and below, pregnant women, OKU (persons with disabilities) and seniors aged 60 and above — bring valid ID. Concession entry is walk-in only and cannot be booked online: collect your free ticket at the walk-in counter.

Question 6

Is there a student ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes. TCGKL Convention 2026 sells a Student ticket at RM19.90 for one day, at the gate only. Show a valid student ID at the walk-in counter.

Question 7

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The TCGKL Convention 2026 walk-in counter sells passes at the venue, and it is the only place to get Student tickets and free Concession entry. Booking online on the event page is faster: your QR code is ready on your profile page and you skip the counter queue.

Question 8

Do I get anything with my entry ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The first 1,000 attendees through the gate each day get a free TCGKL26 Welcome Pack (a sticker, bag and booklet) and a TCGKL26 fan, one per person, while stocks last. This applies to every entry type, including Student and free Concession entry. Every ticket bought before 15 October 2026 keeps its free Welcome Pack.

Question 9

What are the opening hours of TCGKL Convention 2026?

Accepted Answer

TCGKL Convention 2026 is open from 10:00 to 20:00 on each day, Friday 6 to Sunday 8 November 2026. Signing sessions run from 10:00; some finish as late as 8:00pm. Your ticket shows your exact meet time(s). All artists take a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00.

Question 10

Can I leave and re-enter the hall?

Accepted Answer

Yes. TCGKL Convention 2026 gives you one wristband the first time your pass is scanned at the entrance. 3-Day Pass holders keep that same wristband on for all three days — no new one is issued each morning. To come back in, show the wristband and have your pass scanned again.

Question 11

Does a signing package include entry to TCGKL Convention 2026?

Accepted Answer

Yes for international artists, no for local artists. Each international TCGKL Convention 2026 signing package includes a free 3-Day Pass (worth RM69.90), added automatically to your order. It is one free pass per account, not per package, so anyone coming with you needs their own — you can buy their passes in the same checkout and you still get your free one.

Question 12

I already bought an entry pass. What happens if I book an international signing?

Accepted Answer

You still get the free 3-Day Pass with your international signing — a pass you paid for never cancels it, so pass the extra one to a friend or family member. The free pass is one per account, so if you already received it with an earlier signing, a second signing won't add another.

Question 13

Do local artist packages include entry?

Accepted Answer

No. The Local Artist Collective, Sid × Nic Duo Sketch, Potato Card Extension and Extension Plus packages do not include entry to TCGKL Convention 2026, so you need an entry pass for the day of your session. If your cart has a local signing and no pass, checkout offers you one before you pay.

Question 14

What do I get with an international signing package?

Accepted Answer

Signature tiers include signed official event promo cards. Where a tier lists personal items, it includes one per artist, each under that artist's own rules shown under Before you buy and screened before the queue. For Kenji Watanabe & Yamuretsu, this means one eligible Digimon card per artist, each screened under that artist's own rules. For Yamaguchi Biru & Naruse Uroko, each artist signs one approved personal item, screened at the desk; Yamaguchi signs cards he illustrated, including his Ultraman cards, but not cards illustrated by others. Most sketch and shikishi tiers include the artwork plus a signature from each artist on either their promo card or one approved personal item each, not both. The Masakazu Fukuda & Yumeko Yanagi sketch duos include two sketches and a promo card signed by both, with no personal item.

Question 15

What do the local artist packages include?

Accepted Answer

The RM99 Local Artist Collective gives you a collaborative promo card signed by Sidsoot, Nic CCArt and Pid, plus a signature and small sketch by Potato Art Club on that card. The RM599 Sid × Nic Duo Sketch gives you one signed small sketch by Sidsoot and one signed small line sketch by Nic CCArt, each on its own event blank card or small shikishi. Potato Card Extension (RM249) and Extension Plus (RM279) extend your own approved Pokémon card or one of Potato's booth cards with one or two additional Pokémon. Booth cards are one of a kind, first come first served, while stock lasts. These packages do not include entry.

Question 16

Do I choose the marker colour and signature language when I book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Where an artist offers a choice, you pick the marker colour and the signature language before you can reserve the slot. If you choose a Japanese signature, you also pick whether it is written vertically or horizontally. A dedication name is optional, except for Yamuretsu: her signing and sketch packages require one, which you enter when booking. On sketch packages your brief must stay within the subjects listed under Before you buy.

Question 17

Can I change my marker, language or dedication after paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes, until your signing slip is printed at the event. Open the signing's QR page from your profile at tcgkl.com/profile and edit your signing preferences there. Once the slip is printed, the choices are locked.

Question 18

On a sketch package, can the artist sign my own item instead of the promo card?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on the sketch and shikishi tiers whose package includes a personal item, at no extra cost. Each artist signs their promo card or one approved personal item of yours under their own rules, screened before the queue. The Masakazu Fukuda & Yumeko Yanagi sketch duos sign the promo card only. Choose when you reserve; you can change it until your signing slip is printed.

Question 19

Can I bring my own card or item to be signed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, one approved personal item per artist where the package includes it, each under that artist's own rules and screened before the queue. The Masakazu Fukuda & Yumeko Yanagi sketch duos, the Local Artist Collective and the Sid × Nic Duo Sketch do not. Each package's Before you buy section says what each artist signs and does not sign; items are screened before you join the queue, and unlicensed, counterfeit, offensive or unauthorised items are rejected. For Potato Card Extension and Extension Plus, bring your own approved Pokémon card or pick one of Potato's cards at the booth. Booth cards are one of a kind, first come first served, while stock lasts.

Question 20

What is a duo package — do I meet both artists?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every TCGKL Convention 2026 duo package lets you meet both artists in one booking. Most sessions are together; some sessions meet each artist at a separate time — your ticket shows each meet time. The package price is the same for together and separate meets. The fixed pairs are: Masakazu Fukuda & Yumeko Yanagi, Kenji Watanabe & Yamuretsu, Julian Kok & Whilce Portacio, Yamaguchi Biru & Naruse Uroko, and Sidsoot & Nic CCArt.

Question 21

Will the artist sketch on my own card?

Accepted Answer

At TCGKL 2026, most sketches are drawn on official event blank cards or shikishi boards supplied by TCGKL. In the Premium Sketch Duo, Whilce Portacio draws a torso sketch on an official event blank card, not a shikishi board. Your own approved item can receive a signature where your package includes one. For Potato Card Extension and Extension Plus, bring your own approved Pokémon card or pick one of Potato's cards at the booth. Booth cards are one of a kind, first come first served, while stock lasts.

Question 22

Can I request what the artist draws?

Accepted Answer

Partly. Sketch subjects at TCGKL Convention 2026 must follow each artist's character and intellectual-property restrictions, and requests for specific poses, compositions or detailed backgrounds are not guaranteed. The final style, composition and level of detail are at the artist's discretion.

Question 23

What signatures come with Julian Kok & Whilce Portacio packages?

Accepted Answer

Every Julian Kok & Whilce Portacio package at TCGKL 2026 includes a shadow signature by Julian Kok and a signature by Whilce Portacio. Each package card on the event page shows which items receive them. Separately, Whilce draws superhero sketch covers at the show in black ink or greytone, with a choice of head, bust or torso. Sketch covers are available on Friday 6 and Saturday 7 November only, for next-day collection, never same-day collection. Bring your own blank cover or use one of his limited-supply covers for a small extra charge. Buy sketch covers at the signing desk; they are not sold online.

Question 24

How long is a signing session?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the package. At TCGKL Convention 2026, duo signature sessions last 2 minutes (5 minutes for the Kenji Watanabe & Yamuretsu Signed Card Duo), the Kagemaru Himeno Signature Experience lasts 6 minutes and the Mahou Signature Experience 10 minutes. Sketch sessions last 10–15 minutes, and large sketch and shikishi sessions last 20–30 minutes. Local Artist Collective turns are 3 minutes from 10:00 to 11:00. Sid × Nic Duo Sketch has two seats per 2-hour window, and Potato Card Extension and Extension Plus share one seat per 2-hour window. Your exact time slot is shown when you book.

Question 25

When should I arrive for my signing session?

Accepted Answer

Arrive 15 minutes before each meet. Each TCGKL Convention 2026 ticket is valid for one customer and the meet time(s) shown on the ticket. Missed a meet? Come to the end of that artist's session and we'll fit you in if time allows. Otherwise that meet is forfeited and isn't refundable.

Question 26

Is there a limit on how many signing packages I can buy?

Accepted Answer

No. TCGKL Convention 2026 has no per-person limit on signing packages; the number of places in each time slot is the only limit.

Question 27

What if the session I want is sold out?

Accepted Answer

Choose another time slot or day. TCGKL Convention 2026 has no waitlist, and booking online on the event page is the only way to guarantee a session.

Question 28

Are frames or sleeves included?

Accepted Answer

No. Frames, protective sleeves and display accessories are not included in TCGKL Convention 2026 packages unless the package says so. Bring your own sleeves or toploaders to protect signed items.

Question 29

Do I pay in full online, or is there a deposit?

Accepted Answer

You pay in full online. TCGKL Convention 2026 has no 50/50 deposit option — the whole amount is charged at checkout.

Question 30

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Online: FPX (Malaysian online banking) and credit or debit card, processed securely by Stripe. At TCGKL Convention 2026 itself, the walk-in counter takes cash and card.

Question 31

Is there a platform fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Online orders for TCGKL Convention 2026 carry a 4% platform fee, shown in your order summary before you pay.

Question 32

How long is my cart held?

Accepted Answer

TCGKL Convention 2026 holds items in your cart for 15 minutes. Once you start paying, the hold extends to 45 minutes so an FPX bank redirect has time to finish. If the hold expires, the item goes back on sale and you can add it again if it is still available.

Question 33

I was charged but I don't see my booking. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Do not buy again. First check your profile page at tcgkl.com/profile — confirmed bookings and QR codes appear there. If the booking is not there, message TCGKL on WhatsApp with your email and your FPX reference or the last 4 digits of your card.

Question 34

Can I get a refund for TCGKL Convention 2026 tickets or signing packages?

Accepted Answer

No, not normally. TCGKL Convention 2026 tickets and signing packages are final and non-refundable, and unused days are not refunded unless TCGKL management approves an exception as described in the Booking Terms. Missed a meet? Come to the end of that artist's session and we'll fit you in if time allows. Otherwise that meet is forfeited and isn't refundable. If TCGKL cancels the event, you get a full refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. If the event is rescheduled, your booking stays valid for the new date, or you can request a refund before the new date.

Question 35

Can I transfer my ticket or booking to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Not once it has been used. You can buy TCGKL Convention 2026 entry passes for friends and family on your account; passes bought together share one QR code, and whoever holds it collects everyone's wristbands at the entrance to hand out. A pass cannot be passed on after it has been scanned at the entrance. Signing sessions stay with the account that booked them.

Question 36

Can I change my session time after paying?

Accepted Answer

Not online. TCGKL Convention 2026 bookings cannot be changed on the website after payment. Message TCGKL on WhatsApp with your booking details and the team will look at it case by case.

Question 37

Which artists are signing at TCGKL Convention 2026?

Accepted Answer

TCGKL Convention 2026 hosts four international artist duos — Masakazu Fukuda & Yumeko Yanagi, Kenji Watanabe & Yamuretsu, Julian Kok & Whilce Portacio, and Yamaguchi Biru & Naruse Uroko — plus solo sessions with Kagemaru Himeno and Mahou. Local artists are Sidsoot, Nic CCArt, Pid and Potato Art Club: Sidsoot and Nic CCArt also sign as a duo, and all four sign together in the Local Artist Collective. Profiles and packages are on the event page.

What happens if an artist cannot attend?

Question 43

Is there food and a prayer room nearby?

Accepted Answer

On your profile page at tcgkl.com/profile, and through your confirmation email. If your order is a single entry pass, the email's button opens the pass directly, with no login. A QR code you have opened from your profile stays available on that phone if the hall's mobile signal drops; for a pass opened from the email link, save a screenshot.
