Yes — bring whoever you like. Entry is free and open to all, and kids and family don't each need their own TCGKL account. If you have an account, show your profile QR at the door and we'll check you in.

How do I book a signing session at Yokai Tales?

On the Yokai Tales event page, pick a package and a time slot from the signing sessions section, add it to your cart, and check out. Your slot is held for 15 minutes while you complete payment, so no one else can grab it.

What is the Signature package?

The Signature package is RM79 and includes one autograph from your chosen artist plus a set of official Yokai Tales promo cards and postcards. There's no per-person booking limit, so you can book more than one.

What can the artist sign?

Each RM79 Signature package covers one (1) autograph on the organiser-provided official event promo card or exhibition postcard. Blank cards, shikishi, and large shikishi are for commission bundles only. All signatures and sketches must be non-Pokémon-related. See the session rules at tcgkl.com/legal/session-rules.

Can I get two items signed by the same artist?

Each Signature package covers one autograph, so a second item from the same artist needs a second RM79 package for that artist, subject to availability.

Can I choose the marker colour, signature language, or a dedication name?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At booking you pick your marker colour (Black, Silver, or Gold), signature language (English or Japanese), and an optional dedication name. These choices are recorded with your booking and printed on your signing slip at the event.

What are the Standard and Premium commission bundles?

Fixed bundles with limited slots, covering Yuka Morii and Kouki Saitou only. Standard (RM1,299): one small sketch based on the 47 Yokai sculptures by Yuka Morii and one small sketch by Kouki Saitou, both on a small shikishi or event blank card, plus both artists' promo card/postcard sets. Premium (RM1,599): the same Yuka Morii small sketch, plus one small sketch by Kouki Saitou on a large shikishi, plus both artists' sets.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Online: FPX (Malaysian online banking) and credit or debit card via Stripe. On-site at the signing area: card terminal and eWallet. Yokai Tales is a cashless-preferred event — bring a card or have your eWallet ready.

Are Yokai Tales bookings refundable?

Accepted Answer

No. All Yokai Tales bookings are final and non-refundable per the refund policy at tcgkl.com/legal/refund-policy. Review your package, artists, and time slot carefully before paying. If a session is cancelled on our end, we contact affected attendees directly.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Rescheduling is possible subject to availability per the Booking Terms at tcgkl.com/legal/booking-terms, and only before your booking has been scanned at the event. Contact us on WhatsApp as early as you can and we'll help you find a new time.

How long are slots held in my cart?

15 minutes. If you don't complete payment in time, the slot is released back to other fans. Head back to the event page to re-add it — it may still be available.

Where is Yokai Tales held?

Sky Garden at Kuala Lumpur Tower (Menara Kuala Lumpur, No. 2, Jalan Punchak, Off Jalan P. Ramlee, 50250 Kuala Lumpur). The event window runs 4–30 September 2026. Artist signing sessions run 4–6 September: Friday 1–6 PM; Saturday and Sunday 10 AM–6 PM (with a 1–2 PM break; 2–4 PM features live drawing/sculpturing by one artist while others continue signing). Check the timetable for each artist's availability.

How do I get to Sky Garden at KL Tower?

By LRT, take the Kelana Jaya Line to Dang Wangi station, then walk 5–10 minutes to KL Tower; a free shuttle runs from the main gate to the lobby. By Monorail, get off at Bukit Nanas station, walk to the KL Tower main gate, and take the free shuttle to the lobby. By bus, take routes 400, 420, or 580, or the GoKL Purple Line and alight at the "KL Tower" stop.

What do I need to bring on event day?

Just your phone. Show the QR code from your TCGKL profile at the entrance, and bring your booking QR for any signing sessions — it's on your profile and in your confirmation email. No printing needed.

How does the signing queue work?

Accepted Answer

Arrive before your slot hour and head to the signing queue with your booking QR. Staff scan your QR and print a signing slip, then you join the queue to meet your artist.

What happens if I miss my signing slot?

Arrive at least 10 minutes early — late arrivals may forfeit the session, and all bookings are non-refundable. If you know you can't make your slot, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible; rescheduling is subject to availability and only possible before your booking is scanned.

Photography at the signing table may be permitted depending on queue flow — follow the event staff's instructions. Professional cameras or recording equipment need prior approval, and artists may decline photos during their session.
